Shipping is done via E- Parcel through Australia Post, and in most cases, Crio ships all orders within 2 business days of receipt of order. Shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In the case of public holidays that fall on one of these days, the following day is often used for shipping.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and a price indication can be seen before final check out. In general, any orders under 500g costs $6.60 for regular postage and over 500g up to 3kg costs $11.20. A higher rate applies for express postage.
